Thanks to Norma for this amazing and amusing video of a robin bringing up it's young in a most unusual position. It's worth viewing right to the end to see the parent's rather puzzled expression to discover the brood have all exited the nest.
This is not the common robin seen in Britain - it's a North American Robin. Very occasionally seen in Britain when carried off course by strong winds. It has darker head than our little firiendly bird.
